Dennis Braunston  
As educator, inventor, author, and Founder of Dental Learning Centers, Dennis Braunston has been a pioneer in the integration of dental technology since 1990. He is on faculty teaching dental photography at the Scottsdale Center for Dentistry working with the Spears Group and has conducted hands-on workshops at many major dental conferences and study clubs across the country. Dennis is an approved provider of continuing education through the AGD as well as the National Association of Dental Laboratories.
John Christensen  
John is the founder & owner of chrisad, the nation’s oldest & largest dental marketing firm. Founded in 1980, chrisad now has as 1,100 client practices in every U.S. state & across Canada. These practices are currently growing at a 19.98% rate. After graduating from the University of California & attending law school, John received a specialized marketing & advertising graduate degree from Northwestern University. Married with three children, John still visits as many as 10 client practices a day nationwide…& likely has been in more dental practices across the nation than any other human!
Brent J. Crumpton, D.M.D., M.S.  
Dr. Crumpton received his D.M.D. from the University of Mississippi School of Dentistry in 1999 and subsequently commissioned as an Officer in the U. S. Navy. He completed an A.E.G.D. Residency during his first tour of duty at the Naval Training Center Great Lakes, Illinois. He then served as a staff general dentist with the Marines in Twentynine Palms, CA, as part of the 23rd Dental Company, 1st Dental Battalion, 1st Force Service Support Group. Dr. Crumpton received his Certificate in Endodontics in 2004 from the Naval Postgraduate Dental School, in Bethesda, MD, and received a Master's Degree in Health Sciences from The George Washington University, in Washington, D.C. He then served as the Endodontics Department Head, Naval Branch Health Clinic Mayport, FL, until leaving the Navy and establishing a private practice in Tupelo, MS. Dr. Crumpton is published in the Journal of Endodontics and lectures locally and throughout the Southeast.
Robert F. Faulkner, DDS  
Dr. Robert Faulkner graduated from The Ohio State University in 1980. Following a one-year hospital residency, he practiced general dentistry in northwest Ohio until 1990, when he returned to an advanced graduate residency program in prosthodontics at the U.C.L.A. School of Dentistry. Dr. Faulkner received his certificate in prosthodontics in 1992 as well as a certificate in maxillofacial prosthetics in 1993. In addition, he received full training through the U.C.L.A. Implant Center during his three-year residency training programs. He has lectured extensively on several aspects of prosthodontics and implant dentistry, both nationally and internationally. Dr. Faulkner is the director of The Ohio Center for Osseointegration, a state-of-the-art continuing education facility for clinicians, technicians, and auxiliaries. He has a faculty appointment as a lecturer for the Department of Removable Prosthodontics at U.C.L.A. and is a volunteer Assistant Professor of Surgery at the University of Cincinnati, where he conducts the treatment planning seminars for implant dentistry for the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program. Dr. Faulkner resides in Cincinnati, Ohio where he maintains a private practice limited to fixed and removable prosthodontics, maxillofacial prosthetics, and implant prosthodontics.
Robert C. Fazio, DMD  
A 1971 graduate of Harvard College and a 1975 graduate of Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Fazio also completed Clnical Fellowships in Periodontology and Oral Medicine at Harvard. He is currently Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at Yale University School of Medicine. He is the co-author of the book, "Oral Medicine Secrets" published by Hanley & Belfus, Inc. 2002. He is the author of the W. B. Saunders textbook, "Principles and Practice of Oral Medicine," Second Edition. His most recent publication is "The Ultimate Cheat Sheets-The Practical Guide for Dentists 2006/2007." Dr. Fazio has presented Continuing Education Courses at major meetings throughout the United States, Canada, Europe, and Asia. He maintains a private practice limited to Oral Medicine and Periodontology in Norwalk, Connecticut.
Renee Graham  
Renee’ received a dental hygiene degree from Darton College and both a Bachelor of Science in Education and a Master of Education degree from Valdosta State University. Renee’ brings 19 years of clinical experience in general and periodontal practices and 11 years of academic experience to the Division. For the past ten years, she has held the position of Director of Dental Programs at Valdosta Technical College in Valdosta, Georgia. Renee’ has served as a site visitor for the Commission on Dental Accreditation since 2003 and has been very active with regional testing agencies, the Georgia Dental Hygiene Educators Association, and dental hygiene/ dental assisting curriculum development for the State of Georgia.
Richard Hudman  
Lives in Memphis, TN. Graduated from University of Tennessee, Knoxville '97. Been in the dental industry for 7 Years, started with Axis Dental and Now with 3M ESPE, I have been part of and helped launch numerous dental products including some of the most innovative products of the last 5 years. I am the regional Temporization Specialist for 3M ESPE along with other responsibilities.
Gerard Kugel, D.M.D., M.S., Ph.D  
Gerard Kugel, D.M.D., M.S., Ph.D., Associate Dean for Research, and Professor of Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. With an expertise in Clinical Research and Esthetic Dentistry, he is a reviewer for The New England Journal of Medicine, JADA, Journal of Esthetic Dentistry, Journal of Dental Research and is on the Executive Board of the CRA. He is on the Editorial Board of the Journal of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Journal of Adhesive Dentistry, Compendium, Functional Esthetics and is Editor of Inside Dentistry. He is a Fellow in the American and International Colleges of Dentistry as well as the Academy of General Dentistry and the Academy of Dental Materials. Dr. Kugel has his M.S. in Anatomy and Cellular Biology and his Ph.D. in Dental Materials. Dr. Kugel has published over 150 articles and 200 abstracts in the field of restorative materials and techniques. He was given over 250 lectures both nationally and internationally. Dr. Kugel was named the 2008 Massachusetts Dental Society Clinician of the Year. He is part of a group practice, the Boston Center for Oral Health, located in Back Bay, Boston.

Lorena Williams  
Originally from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, now residing in Slidell, Louisiana, Lorena dedicates her time to dental offices all over the south and as far north as Connecticut. Lorena has 15 years in the dental field both clinical and administrative. She is a practice management trainer for Dentrix Dental Systems and a hi-tech trainer for Dentrix Image.
